In last quarter of 2011, one single young entrepreneur from southern of Sri Lanka initiated a very small scale single own company to provide the service demanded in construction sector of the Sri Lanka. Within 5 years of the company, D&C has achieved multiple milestones and developed drastically to complete with key competitors in the construction industry.

With recent development, D&C is in the process of establishing the modern Engineering standers, implementing best practices of corporate governance and
risk managements practices within the company and obtaining the higher level of ICTACD level as truly a Sri Lanka company.
